Our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDCO) supports children with additional needs, working closely with families to ensure the proper care is in place. Our experienced SENDCO creates individual action plans for children requiring additional support, ensuring all practitioners and families work together. When specialist guidance is needed, we collaborate with our Early Years advisor and external agencies to access further support – always involving parents in every process step.
